Welcome to Liv Cottingham Photography, I started offering photo sessions in the summer of 2021 where I focused on building up a portfolio and gaining experience. From there, the business has grown and I am now striving to work as a full time photographer. I have previously worked for a local event photographer photographing equine shows (including dressage, show jumping, showing, cross country and pleasure rides) as well as having achieved an A* in A level photography. I have always loved taking photos, especially of animals, and love to push myself to try new editing styles and photo techniques. I have a strong passion for all animals but horses and dogs especially and I love photography so I wanted to combine it all (I do also photograph people and other animals too). I have owned horses for many years as well as having completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Equine Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation. I have a sprocker named Winnie who you will see very often on this website and across my social media (she is my main model!) and I also have a Connemara pony who also features. I have recently taken the leap from working as a full time groom to going self employed to put my all into my photography so I hope this website will give you a good idea of my style and an example of what images you could expect to receive from a photo session.
