Liv Cottingham Photography aspires to create a fully personalised photo session experience tailored to suit you and your horse, working to create luxury artwork and photo albums for your home.  Liv specialises in equine photography with a keen interest in all things horses! Having owned and worked with horses for many years as well as working as an equine event photographer, Liv has a good eye for movement whilst also having the ability to guide you in the best way to present your horse for photos. How Equine Photo Sessions Work

Photo sessions are tailored to you and your horse. Upon booking we will discuss what style of images you might like (this could include black background, working with your horse at liberty, ridden photos, in-hand/on the ground or posed photos) and locations which Liv will explore prior to the photoshoot. Liv will give you guidance on how best to prepare yourself and your horse for the photoshoot and what to expect during the session. We will discuss outfit changes and if you would like to include family members and other pets within the photoshoot. We will also walkthrough the format options in which you might like to showcase your photos - this can range from prints to albums.

About the Photo Session Experience

Liv Cottingham Photography provides a boutique experience leaving you with beautifully finished printed artwork to display in your home. Two photo session packages are available; the bespoke package which starts from £350, this includes a pre-session consultation via phone or in person meeting, a 90-minute photo session at a location of your choice, an in-person presentation of your images, £275 credit towards photo products and a social media digital file of all printed photos purchased. Alternatively, the all-inclusive package is a set investment of £775 which includes a pre-session consultation via phone or in person meeting, a 90-minute photo session at a location of your choice and a 10x8" folio box with 5 printed images and a USB drive with all final images for you to print and share with friends at your leisure.

What does a photo session look like?

Booking

After reaching out to show your interest, Liv will give you a call to discuss booking a photo session and get an idea of what you and your horse do, what you might like to achieve from the photoshoot and potential locations.  
prepartion pack

Once we have decided on a location and date for the photo session to take place, Liv will send you a digital preparation pack which gives you guidance on what to expect on the day of the session and how best to prepare for the day! 
Photo Session

The photo session will last for 90 minutes which gives us plenty of time to have a stress-free session with outfit changes and a few different places within the location. Liv will guide you to the best ways to showcase your bond with your horse and to best capture images you will cherish forever. 
Photo Viewing

After the photos have had their final touches, we will arrange for an in-person viewing of the photos where you can choose your favourite photos and in which format you would like to receive them.
